Jessica Lyon

Jessica Lyon, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at H.W. Kaufman Group since February 2022, Jessica has previously held multiple positions at the same company, including Manager of HR Business Partner and Regional Recruitment Manager. Prior to this, Jessica spent a decade at Avenica, culminating in the role of Vice President of Recruiting Operations. Educationally, Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating in 2011.
