Amanda Steele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory services and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Managing Director at Kaufman Hall since April 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Vice President for Provider Enterprise Services at Optum from November 2017 to April 2021, where a focus was placed on developing strategies that enhance financial sustainability and operational efficiency while fostering transparent relationships between providers and enterprises. Prior experience includes roles as Partner and Senior Director at Optum Advisory Services and Practice Partner at The Advisory Board Company.
