Matthew Bates is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Physician Enterprise Service Line Leader at Kaufman Hall since March 2021, Matthew has held previous positions as Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, where Matthew focused on Physician-Ambulatory Strategy & Operations and led an AI & Data Strategy practice, and at Huron, where responsibilities included building the Medical Group Transformation practice. Prior roles include Senior Leader at Studer Group, Managing Director in Digital, Data and Analytics at Accenture, and SVP of Products & Innovation at Thomson Reuters. Matthew possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Public Health in Leadership from the University of Denver.
