Matthew Ramos

Matthew Ramos is currently a Help Desk Associate at Kaufman Hall, having started in November 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an IT Technician at AdventHealth, supporting the transition to an Epic System for hospital staff and managing inventory via the ServiceNow ITSM platform. Previous experience includes a position as a Desktop Support Contractor at Sentinel and a Design Engineer at Weber Inc., where contributions focused on New Product Development in Solidworks. Matthew also served as an Engineering Technician at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and completed a Product Engineering Co-op at Andis Company, engaging in product design, 3D printing, and competitive analysis. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Marquette University, obtained in May 2020.
