Paul Searle

Paul Searle, CPA, CHFP, CRCR, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kaufman Hall since January 2025, Paul also co-founded and leads Games for All, LLC, where Sqword, a popular word-forming game, is developed. Prior to these roles, Paul held various positions at Claro Healthcare, LLC from July 2013 to December 2024, progressing from Analyst to Senior Vice President. Earlier experience includes an Audit Internship at Deloitte and a Corporate Accounting Internship at El Paso Corporation. Paul Searle earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
