Rose Wajda

Rose Wajda has extensive experience in contract management and legal review, currently serving as the Manager of Contracts and Legal Review at Kaufman, Hall & Associates, Inc. since September 1998. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating various business contracts, acting as the firm's Privacy Officer, and maintaining Privacy and Security Policies. Previously, Rose worked at Wheels Inc., the largest privately held fleet vehicle leasing company, from 1978 to 1994, where roles included Manager of Special Operations, focusing on accounts payable, collision management, safety, and driver reimbursement, along with liaising with outside counsel on liability claims, managing facility build-outs, and leading process improvement initiatives.
