Therese Fitzpatrick

Therese Fitzpatrick currently serves as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Kaufman Hall since February 2017. In addition, Therese holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago since 2004. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at Philips from 2014 to December 2017, Executive Vice President at Assay Healthcare Solutions from January 2010 to December 2013, and Executive Vice President at The Optime' Group from June 2004 to December 2009. Earlier in the career, Therese was Vice President at AMR ProNurse from 2003 to 2004, Senior Vice President of Hospitals & Clinics at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare from 1998 to 2002, and Senior Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee from 1993 to 1998. The professional journey began at Grant Hospital as Director of Quality Assurance and Education from 1984 to 1988. Academic qualifications include a degree from DePaul University and a PhD in Urban Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
