Conductor, Lucy Moses School String Ensembles at Kaufman Music Center

Tina Chang-Chien is a seasoned musician and educator with extensive experience in orchestral performance and music instruction. Currently serving as the Conductor for the Lucy Moses School String Ensembles at Kaufman Music Center since March 2022, Tina also holds the position of Chair of the Strings Department and serves as Violin/Viola Faculty at Lindeblad School of Music since June 2014. Tina has performed as a Violist with the Albany Symphony Orchestra since 2008 and previously with the Binghamton Philharmonic Inc. from 2010 to 2017. Other notable positions include contributions as a Viola/Vocals member of The Arcane Insignia (2014-2016), Orchestra Coach for Stamford Young Artist’s Philharmonic (2012-2015), and Violin/Viola Coach at Harmony Program (2013-2014). Tina's education includes a Master's Degree in Orchestral Performance and a Master's Degree in Music from the Manhattan School of Music.
