Mads Ellersgaard Kalør

Mads Ellersgaard Kalør has a diverse background in machine learning and technology. Mads currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Kaunt, an AI Co-pilot for accounts payable coding. In this role, Mads utilizes AI to eliminate manual handling and rules, predict accurate coding, and generate new revenue. Prior to this, they co-founded Kaunt and served as the Tech Lead.

Before joining Kaunt, Mads worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Enversion A/S, where they built machine learning models for health and finance applications. Mads also supervised Master's thesis students specializing in machine learning.

Mads gained experience as a Student Developer (Machine Learning) at Tradeshift, where they applied machine learning techniques to solve problems on their platform. Mads'sskills ranged from AWS and web development to Java and Python.

Additionally, Mads had a software engineering internship at Issuu, where they focused on improving the search engine.

Throughout their career, Mads has demonstrated expertise in machine learning, AI, web development, and software engineering.

Mads Ellersgaard Kalør completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Engineering from Aalborg University in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Gymnasieeksamen (high school diploma) in Communication and Media from Aalborg Tekniske Gymnasium between 2009 and 2012. Moving forward, they pursued further studies and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Engineering from Aalborg University starting from 2015 and concluding in 2017.
