Greg Pavelich

Greg Pavelich currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kautex Textron since May 2024. Previously, Greg was the Manager of Human Resources at JNM Group of Companies from July 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing the Human Resources department, overseeing health and safety, full cycle recruitment, employee relations, and payroll and benefits. Greg's extensive experience in human resources began at Caesars Windsor, where roles ranged from Labour Relations Specialist to Floor Supervisor between 1996 and 2017. Further experience includes positions at Gincor Trailer Werx, Accucaps Industries Ltd., and Sifto Salt. Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Windsor.
