Jörg Rautenstrauch

Jörg Rautenstrauch has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Jörg is currently serving as the President and CEO of the Industrial Segment and Kautex at Textron since March 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the President and CEO of Kautex Textron. Prior to that, they held the position of Geschäftsführer/Managing Director at Klauke, a Textron company, from 2011 to 2016. Jörg'sprevious roles include Business Unit Manager at W.C. Heraeus GmbH from 2001 to 2011, Managing Director at Heraeus Kulzer Australia Pty. Ltd. from 1997 to 2001, Marketing Manager Dental Products Division at Heraeus Kulzer GmbH in 1997, Marketing Manager O.R. Systems at Heraeus Surgical, Inc. from 1995 to 1996, and Junior Product Manager Medical Lights at Heraeus MED GmbH from 1994 to 1995.

Jörg Rautenstrauch attended Duke Corporate Education in the year 2013, where they participated in the Textron Senior Executive Leadership Program. From 2003 to 2004, they studied at the St. Gallen Management Institute for the International Management Program. Prior to that, they attended TH Darmstadt from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen with a specialization in Maschinenbau.
