Rike Duda

Rike Duda has experience in various roles related to training, HR management, and organizational development. Rike has worked as a Personal Trainerin focusing on leadership training, employee motivation, and team building. Rike also served as the Head of TrainerAkademie at BDSU, coordinating trainings and optimizing processes. Additionally, Rike had a role as a Praktikantin at SICK, where Rike was involved in training development and optimization. Rike's experience also includes serving as the 2nd Chair at TriRhena Consulting, overseeing internal projects, training, and organizational development. Currently, Rike is employed as an HR Manager at Kautex Textron, where Rike is involved in HR administration, personal development, and various HR projects.
