Vince Vlaminck has extensive experience in human resources and environmental health and safety. Vince began their career at Eaton Corporation in 1987, starting as an HR assistant and progressing to HR manager. Vince then moved on to Tenneco Automotive in 1995, where they worked as the director of human resources until 2001. Following that, they joined Nemak of Canada as the director of HR and Six Sigma for a spin-off from Ford. In 2002, Vince joined Honeywell as the director of HR for various locations, including the Bendix brakes division. Finally, they joined Kautex Textron in 2005 and held multiple leadership roles, including director of environment, health, and safety, and global manager of human resources development.
Vince Vlaminck completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Canadian Studies and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1982 and 1986.
