Neha Chaudhary

Neha Chaudhary, MD, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Headway since August 2025 and has been a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital since July 2016. Additionally, Neha has held the role of Clinical Faculty at Harvard Medical School since July 2018 and serves as a Scientific Advisor for the Kevin Love Fund and a Board Advisor for the Made of Millions Foundation, an organization focused on mental health advocacy. Neha previously held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Modern Health and BeMe Health, a platform aimed at improving mental health for teens. Neha co-founded Stanford Brainstorm at Stanford University School of Medicine, which researches clinically-informed tech for mental health. Education includes an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Economics, and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Schreyer Honors College at Penn State.
