With a diverse background in operations and management, Hazel previously held the position of Cluster Head - Operations for Nova IVF Fertility in Chennai and Pondicherry, as well as Senior Operations Manager at MGM Healthcare. Prior experience includes serving as Centre Manager at Nova IVI Fertility and Unit Head - Training and Development at Fortis Healthcare. Hazel's career began in medical administration, and notable efforts include leading the Biomedical Engineering Department and implementing process improvements using Six Sigma methodology.
