Aoife Fitzmaurice

Aoife Fitzmaurice is an experienced professional with a strong background in people strategy, organizational design, and business architecture. Currently serving as VP of People Strategy, Transformation & Future of Work at Sage since March 2017, Aoife has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Chief of Staff (CPO) and VP of Organisation Design and Workplace Futures. Prior to Sage, Aoife worked as a Lead Planning Analyst at Harrods and as a Transaction Services Associate at KPMG Ireland. Aoife began their career at Island Capital Services Ltd as an Accounts Executive and at Spin 1038 as a Spini. Academic credentials include an ACA qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Dublin City University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from University College Dublin.
