Annekah Hall

Annekah Hall has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2006. Annekah began their career as a Corporate Communications Associate at California State University-San Bernardino in 2006. In 2008, they moved to Target as a Human Resources Team Lead. In 2011, they became an Assistant Director at Claremont Graduate University. In 2014, they were hired as a Human Resources Operations Manager at General Academic. In 2015, they joined Randstad as a Human Resources Manager (Client Tech Programs). In 2019, they became a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at ADP. In 2020, they were hired as a People Systems Consultant and Sr HR Business Partner / People System Lead at Carta. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of People Operations at Kava Labs Inc.

Annekah Hall has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resources Management from California State University-San Bernardino. In 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance, General from the University of Redlands. Annekah is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development and Leadership from Grand Canyon University, both of which are expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in Human Capital Management from ADP (obtained in 2019), SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and SPHR from HRCI.
