Jordan Campi

Jordan Campi has a long history of working in people operations and recruiting. In 2021, they began working at Kava Labs Inc as a People Operations Manager and Recruiting Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Carta from 2019 to 2021, where they held roles as a People Operations Associate and Recruiting Coordinator. During their time at Carta, they served as a business partner to C-Suite executives, hiring managers, and recruiters, and reinvented outdated processes and implemented new solutions to ensure a seamless candidate experience. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Namely as a Sales Development Representative, where they generated new business opportunities by identifying leads through phone calls and emails. Jordan also collaborated with Account Executives and educated clients on Human Resources software products and services. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at The RealReal as a Sales Development Representative, where they developed and closed new business using CRM, email, and phone systems. Jordan also assisted clients with sales platforms, services, resources and processes, and won team competitions for targeted sales and promotions.

Jordan Campi attended Marymount Manhattan College from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater and Communication Studies.
