Tammy Amini

Tammy Amini has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Tammy began their career in 1997 as an International Accounting Manager at Conexant, where they were responsible for the monthly close process for all foreign entities and provided corporate oversight to all international locations. In 2000, they took on the role of Corporate Controller at Cosmi Corporation, where they oversaw all accounting functions, coordinated and analyzed all financial aspects of the budget process and strategic plan, and prepared and reviewed income tax returns for members of the Board of Directors. In 2003, they moved to Abbott, where they served as Financial Systems Manager. In 2007, they became an Executive Consultant at Tatum LLC, where they created the Annual Budget model for a client consisting of Revenues, Cost of Sales, Labor, operating expenses, and more. In 2012, they joined Robert Half Management Resources as a Finance Executive/Consultant, where they worked on interim CFO and Corporate Controller duties, lead projects to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure, and participated in the development of the company’s long range and mid-term strategic planning process. In 2015, they became Global Controller at Avetta. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Finance at Resolve Systems. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Viamo, a SaaS company offering mobile subscription technology. Finally, in 2021, they joined Kava Labs Inc as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Tammy Amini received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University.
