Vijitha Kaduwela has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Vijitha is the Founder and CEO of Kavi Global, a Data and Analytics Solutions company that specializes in helping customers accelerate and scale analytics. Prior to this, they worked at GE Capital as the Director of Business Analytics, where they played a key role in maturing and scaling the data analytics capability of the company. Vijitha also held positions such as Manager of Business Analytics and Marketing Manager Pricing during their tenure at GE Capital. Before joining GE, Vijitha worked at United Airlines Corporation as a Team Leader in the R&D division, focusing on revenue management. Vijitha also has experience as a researcher in Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems at the University of Arizona. Overall, Vijitha has a strong background in data analytics, software engineering, and research.

Vijitha Kaduwela completed a BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering at Georgian Polytechnic Institute from 1982 to 1987. Later, from 1991 to 1994, Vijitha earned an MS degree in Systems & Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona.
