Rickard Jakobsson

Rickard Jakobsson is an experienced product developer with a strong background in the dairy and food industries. Holding a degree in Civilingenjör, Bioteknik; kostvetenskap from Umeå University, Rickard has held positions as Produktutvecklare at O. Kavli AB since October 2015, and at Foodmark Sweden AB from May 2013 to October 2015, focusing primarily on the development of processed cheese and dairy products. Previous experience includes working as a Produktutvecklare/projektledare at Norrmejerier ek.för, where responsibilities encompassed the development of flavored fil and yogurt, along with supplier management and quality assurance.
