Kavod Charter School
Erin Fergus is a dedicated professional in the field of education and psychology, currently serving as a School Psychologist for Millbrae Elementary School District since August 2024. Erin is also a Masters Student at National University, pursuing a Master of Arts in School Psychology. Experience includes roles as a Special Education Specialist at Kavod Charter School since July 2019 and a School Psychology Intern at San Bruno Park School District from January 2023 to August 2024. Responsibilities have encompassed supporting intervention specialists, conducting small group sessions for academic support, implementing behavior interventions, and producing holistic behavior analysis reports. Previous positions include Practicum Student at Thrive Elementary School and Sherman Elementary School, as well as a Behavior Therapy Intern at Steps Therapy. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from the University of San Diego and a Master’s degree in progress, reflecting a strong commitment to supporting students’ educational and psychological needs.
