Stevano Andreas Yonatan

Stevano Andreas Yonatan is a seasoned professional in people development and human capital management, currently serving as a People Development Specialist at Kawan Lama Group since May 2019. Stevano has held various roles including Human Capital Business Partner Manager and Assistant Knowledge Management Manager, demonstrating expertise in aligning people development programs with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous knowledge sharing. Prior to Kawan Lama Group, Stevano gained experience at Indomaret Group as a Corporate Education & Training Jr. Manager and as a Management Trainee. Earlier career roles included positions at Satya Wacana Christian University, where responsibilities encompassed student development and teaching economics courses. Stevano earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana and completed a short course in Cross Cultural Understanding at the Christian University of Thailand.
