Amira Rahman

Amira Rahman is an experienced electrical engineer with a background in various roles spanning over several years. Currently serving as an Electrical Test Engineer at Kawasaki Rail Car since June 2021, Amira previously worked as an Electrical Engineer 2 at AriZona Beverage Co., where responsibilities included coordinating installations of electrical systems and managing projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Boeing as a Facilities Plant Engineer II and at PSEG as a Nuclear System Engineer, where Amira specialized in electrical components in Nuclear Systems and power distribution. Amira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, where foundational skills were developed through several positions in information technology and student support. Additionally, Amira contributed to NGOs in Bangladesh, focusing on education for street children.
