Bobb Alloway

Bobb Alloway is an experienced professional in the automotive and real estate industries, currently serving as the Paint Systems Manager at Kawasaki Robotics since September 2020, focusing on automotive OEM and general industry painting processes development. As the Owner of Alloway Real Estate Holdings, LLC since August 2014 and previously Principal Owner, Bobb has been involved in automotive manufacturing development and EPCON condominium community development. Prior roles include Senior Staff Engineer at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where Bobb retired after overseeing various engineering responsibilities, and Staff Engineer positions at Honda North America LLC and Honda of America Mfg., Inc., leading paint departments across North America. Bobb possesses a two-year degree in Automotive Technical, specializing in Auto Body Repair and Management, from Ohio Hi Point Technical School.
