Lawrence Chang

Lawrence Chang, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP is an accomplished clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in medication management and pharmacy practice. Currently serving at Kaweah Health since August 2018, Lawrence reviews medication orders for safety and appropriateness and conducts clinical pharmacy consults. In addition, Lawrence works as a per diem clinical pharmacist at Saint Agnes Medical Center since November 2022, supporting nursing staff with medication administration inquiries. Previous experience includes a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Upstate University Hospital and serving as a pharmacy MTM trainer/reviewer at Paramount Health. Lawrence holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from SUNY Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and a B.S. in Pharmacological Chemistry from UC San Diego.
