Michael Ibrahim

Michael Ibrahim is a Clinical Pharmacist at UF Health since April 2024, with extensive experience in various pharmacy roles. Prior to UF Health, Michael served as a Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from March 2021 to March 2025 and as Pharmacist in Charge and Consultant Pharmacist at Medi-Fare Drug Pharmaceutical Compounding from March 2023 to April 2024. Additional roles include Clinical Pharmacist at Centura Health-Penrose St Francis Health Services in late 2022 and Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens and Rite Aid from 2019 to 2021. Michael began professional training as a Pharmacist Intern at Coram CVS/Specialty Infusion Services and St Mary Pharmacy between February 2017 and January 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Clinical Pharmacy Manager and Clinical Pharmacist at El Fayroz Pharmacy and Nile Medical Center from 2008 to 2016. Michael holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, obtained in 2023, and possesses graduate and undergraduate degrees in Clinical Biochemistry Analysis and Pharmacy, respectively.
