Lisa Ellanna

Lisa Ellanna is currently the Social Science Program Manager and Katirvik Cultural Center Director at KAWERAK INC. Lisa is also an Indigenous Advisory Board Member at Navigating the New Arctic Community Office. Lisa has a background in law, health law, and Native American law, with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Rural Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Lisa has also served in various roles, including as a Public Safety Commissioner for the City of Nome and as a Wellness Grant Administrator for Maniilaq Association. Additionally, Lisa has been involved in community service, such as being a Board Member at Nome Community Center and a Volunteer Native American Music DJ at KNOM Radio Mission, Inc.
