Alexander de Leon

Alexander de Leon serves as the Group VP and Group Director at PropertyGuru Group since December 2023 and is a member of XA Network, fostering innovation in Southeast Asia. With an extensive background in technology and marketing, Alexander has held key positions such as Advisor/Investor at Xoogler.co and Venture Partner at Kaya Founders, working to strengthen the tech ecosystem in the Philippines. Previously, as Regional Director for HBO Max from January 2022 to December 2023, responsibilities included launching and expanding the platform across Asia. Alexander's notable tenure at Instagram involved leading product marketing growth for the Asia-Pacific region, and skills were further honed at Google, where participation in the founding team helped establish the company in the Philippines. Educational achievements include an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Boston College.
