Dennis Wilder

Dennis Wilder currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at Kaya Partners since June 2023 and holds the position of Professor of the Practice and Senior Fellow at Georgetown University, where responsibilities include teaching in the Asian Studies Graduate Program of the School of Foreign Service since June 2014. Wilder has extensive experience in various capacities, including serving as Analytic Manager for the US Government from 1985 to March 2016 and as Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution in 2009. Wilder's significant roles include Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for East Asia at the National Security Council from 2004 to 2009 and a China military analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency from 1980 to 1985. Wilder began involvement in public service as a Rosenthal Fellow with Senator John Glenn in 1979. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Kalamazoo College.
