Louise Berth

Louise Berth is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation, European competitiveness, and EU policy. Currently serving as Director at Kaya Partners since April 2025, Louise has held various leadership roles including Director at the Uddannelses- og Forskningsministeriet, Deputy Director at Udenrigsministeriet, and Chief of Staff at Politiets Efterretningstjeneste. Previous positions include Teamleader at Udenrigsministeriet, First Secretary at the Permanent representation of Denmark to the EU, and experience as a Programme Officer and Assistant at the European Commission. Louise holds a Diplomuddannelse i ledelse from DTU, a cand.scient.pol from Københavns Universitet, an M.A. in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe, and a Le Diplome d'Universite from the University of Montpellier.
