Koen Pols

Koen Pols has extensive experience in finance, operations, and continuous improvement across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Manager of Finance, Process & Quality at Kayak since September 2023, Koen previously held various managerial positions at VanMoof from November 2020 to September 2023, leading the Continuous Improvements department and successfully expanding the Certified Workshop Network. Prior roles include Manager of Operations at Swapfiets, where Koen managed field operations in Amsterdam, and Operationeel Manager at Chauffeursnet, overseeing logistical scheduling. Additional experiences encompass work as a student chauffeur and a graduate researcher at Vaillant Group, as well as various roles in the hospitality industry. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communications Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017.
