Hastings Blumer possesses extensive experience in product management and brand development within the outdoor sports industry, currently serving as Vice President - Brand & Product at Kayak Distribution since May 2023. Prior to this role, Hastings dedicated over 16 years to Confluence Watersports, progressing from Accessories Coordinator to Director of Product Management for SUP, Surf, & Paddles. Responsibilities included overseeing new product development for various paddle and SUP brands, managing product development schedules, and optimizing internal processes. Hastings’ educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Presbyterian College, earned in 2006.
