Marie Mau Refsgaard

Marie Mau Refsgaard has a strong background in internal communications and program management. Marie started their career as a Student Assistant at Infopaq in 2003 before moving to SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) as an HR Coordinator in 2005. After a few years, they transitioned into the role of Communication Consultant at SAS and later at Sally Kommunikation. In 2011, they joined Schneider Electric as an Internal Communications Officer and stayed with the company for five years. In 2016, Marie joined momondo as an Internal Communications Manager and worked their way up to Senior Manager and Director of Global Internal Communications. Marie'smost recent role was at KAYAK, where they served as Programs Lead, overseeing the People Experience department. Marie's expertise lies in internal communications strategy and management.

Marie Mau Refsgaard obtained a Master's degree in Communications from the University of Copenhagen in 2007. In 2009, they attended Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole, where they studied Journalism and Web Communication until 2010. In 2020, Marie obtained a certification in Prosci ADKAR Change Management from Prosci.
