Nila Palma

Nila Palma is an experienced professional with a strong background in workplace and employee experience management, currently serving as the Workplace and Employee Experience Manager at Coursera since January 2021. Previously, Nila worked at Emaar from January 2015 to April 2020 in various roles including PA to the Head of Investments Strategy and PA to the Chief Executive Officer.
