Eric Peplinski has over 28 years of experience in sales and management roles within the insulation and supply industry. Since January 2012, Eric has served as Sales Manager at Kaycan, where responsibilities include overseeing sales strategies and team performance. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Branch Manager at Furoy’s Insulation from May 2005 to January 2012, managing branch operations and sales initiatives. Eric's career began at Systems Supply Northern, Ltd., where, from January 1995 to May 2005, an effective tenure as Sales Manager was achieved, focusing on sales growth and customer relationships.
