Tom Depauw

Tom DePauw serves as the Alberta Regional Operations Manager at Kaycan since February 2019, overseeing regional operations. Previously, Tom held multiple roles at Ideal Insulation and Roofing from August 2009 to October 2018, including Branch Operations Manager and Loosefill, Thermal and Safety Manager, where responsibilities included acting as the primary liaison with customers and managing inventory. Earlier experience includes a position at Zentra Computer Technologies from April 2007 to July 2009 as Inside Sales, supporting the outside sales team and managing purchase orders. Tom began their career at Motorola from May 1996 to March 2002 as a Probe Operator, where equipment setup for testing microchip fabrication and quality control were primary tasks. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and completed education through ACSA in 2010-2011.
