Elia Morgulev

Elia Morgulev serves as the Head of the Physical Education Department at Kaye Academic College of Education and has been a Director at Community, Youth and Sports Centers for Tel Aviv Municipality since June 2014. Elia also lectures at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and The Academic College at Wingate. Education includes a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Open University of Israel, and a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute.
