Andrew B. Black is a Firm Member in the Pompano Beach Office. He is a Board Certified Specialist in in Condominium and Planned Development Law, and has been exclusively representing community associations since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006, when he joined Robert Kaye & Associates, P.A. (n/k/a Kaye Bender Rembaum since 2012).

Mr. Black assists the Firm’s Association clients on all aspects of operations, such as interpretation and amendment of governing documents, covenant and rule enforcement, contract drafting and negotiation, fair housing issues, conducting membership/board meetings, construction defect matters, compliance with federal and state statutory and administrative requirements, developer turnover/transition issues, assessment collection and foreclosures, and general corporate issues. Mr. Black has been a frequent lecturer on several topics of interest to boards of directors, property managers, and owners, and has led various seminars providing continuing education for property manager and certifications for board members. Mr. Black obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University.
