Sila Cansever

Sila Cansever has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, with a focus on the food industry. Sila has held various director-level positions, including Director of Research and Development at Kayem Foods Inc., Ken's Foods Inc., and Au Bon Pain. Sila has also served as the Director of Foods, Ingredients, and International at Ocean Spray Cranberries and as a Vice President at Au Bon Pain. Additionally, Sila has held management and engineering roles at companies such as The Haagen Dazs Company, Tambrands Inc., and The Pillsbury Company. Their experience spans over three decades, starting in 1982 and continuing to the present.

Sila Cansever holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Sila also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota.
