Govar Thoppe

Govar Thoppe has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles throughout their career. Govar began their career as a Production Supervisor at SIV-SEN READY PLAST in 1995, and later worked as a Junior Engineer at Pricol Limited from 1996 to 2005. In 2005, they joined PT YOKOGAWA MANUFACTURING BATAM as a Project Engineer, before moving on to Sanmina in 2010 where they served as an Assistant Manager until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Govar worked as a Project Manager at RISING STAR MOBILE INDIA PVT LTD (FOXCONN). Currently, they hold the position of Plant Head at Kaynes Technology India Pvt Limited, starting in July 2020.

Govar Thoppe completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Madurai Kamraj University in Madurai from 1990 to 1994. Govar then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) from 1994 to 1995. Later on, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Market Research and Consumer Behavior, as well as Sales and Distribution Management from Annamalai University in Annamalainagar from 2004 to 2008.
