Jairam Paravastu Sampath has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jairam started their career as an Ancillary Development Engineer at HINDUSTAN MOTORS LTD in 1985. Jairam then joined Sundaram-Clayton Ltd in 1989 as a Member of the Manufacturing Systems Group.
In 1990, Jairam joined TVS Electronics as a Vice President, where they played a crucial role in managing the integrated supply chain and manufacturing operations. During their tenure, they successfully reduced cash cycle time and improved delivery performance. Jairam also led multiple product lines and served domestic and overseas customers until 2006.
After TVS Electronics, Jairam joined Harita TVS Technologies Ltd as the Vice President and Head of the ICT Practices Group, where they served until 2008. Jairam then transitioned to iPath Technologies (P) Limited, serving as the Chief Marketing Officer until 2010.
Currently, Jairam holds the position of Whole Time Director and CFO at Kaynes Technology India Limited, where they have been since 2011. Throughout their career, Jairam has displayed expertise in various domains, including finance, marketing, supply chain management, and manufacturing operations.
Jairam Paravastu Sampath pursued their education in two reputable institutions. From 1980 to 1984, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 1987 to 1989, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) with a specialization in General Management.
