Emmanuel Thaler serves as General Counsel at Kayrros since March 2021, leading legal efforts for a technology-focused earth observation analytics firm that utilizes advanced data techniques for industry insights. Prior to this role, Emmanuel held the position of Of Counsel at Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent from February 2012 to March 2021, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and general business law, where over 40 M&A transactions were successfully executed and negotiated. Emmanuel also operated as an Independent General Business Lawyer during the same period, advising various startups and corporations on a wide range of legal and business issues. Previous experience includes a temporary role as an Internal Legal Adviser at Solvay and a decade-long tenure as a Partner and Associate at Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent.
