Ibrahim Fayad

Ibrahim Fayad is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in research and academia. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Kayrros since June 2022, Ibrahim previously worked as a Research Engineer at INRAE from September 2019 to May 2022, and earlier as an Adjunct Professor at several institutions including Lebanese University and Islamic University of Lebanon from 2016 to 2019. Ibrahim's research background includes development of biomass estimation methods utilizing various data fusion techniques and the evaluation of satellite data for canopy height estimation. Ibrahim holds a PhD in Automated Systems and Microelectronics from the University of Montpellier, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering from Islamic University of Lebanon.
