Jean-Pierre Dacher

Jean-Pierre Dacher is the current Chief Technology Officer at Kayrros. Jean-Pierre has held this position since March of 2019. Prior to joining Kayrros, Dacher served as the CTO of Arkadin from March 2016 to March 2019.

Dacher has also previously worked for Murex as the COO of the Product Division from January 2011 to January 2016. During their time at Murex, Dacher was responsible for driving a Product Division wide effort to first industrialize and improve internal operations and software deliveries in order to meet increasing customer expectations. This included revisiting and upgrading the end to end test strategy, specifically introducing System Test and a collaborative test tool (Onyx) to improve both internal and customer testing; revisiting the integration process towards more continuous integration applying LEAN principles; revisiting the Release Model towards more flexibility and predictability; introducing Jira to provide transparency at Division level and autonomy at team level; introducing Security Engineering based on OpenSAMM, including Mitre Top 25 CWEs mitigation; introducing industrialized, virtualized Hudson-based CI environments to all development teams; putting in place KPIs and structure to continuously improve the central regression test automation facility (400 servers), optimizing coverage and minimizing technical waste; and introducing Portfolio Management for improved governance of concurrent innovation and project work.

Jean-Pierre Dacher has a Master's in Computer & Data Networks from Télécom Paris and a Master's in Telecommunications from Grenoble INP - UGA.

Their manager is Antoine Rostand, President and Founder. They work with Jean-Marc Pesnel - Executive Committee, Béatrice De Clermont Tonnerre - Executive Committee, and Simone Pugliese - Chief Operations Officer.
