Xavier Daguzan

Xavier Daguzan has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Xavier is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Kayrros since June 2022. Prior to this, Xavier worked at Talentia Software from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Managing Director France. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Oracle as the Senior Sales Director HCM France, while also serving as the Vice President International at Talentsoft earlier in 2014. Xavier also gained valuable experience at HR Access Solutions - FIDELITY Investments, where they held multiple roles such as General Manager Western Europe, General Manager France, and France Sales Director from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they also worked at META4 as the European Business Development Director and Country Marketing & Sales Director from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, Xavier worked at IBM as an Account Manager, and at Newton.Vaureal Consulting as a Consultant. Xavier began their professional career at AMPLEXOR International as an Account Manager.

Xavier Daguzan completed their high school education at Saint Jean de Passy. Xavier then pursued higher studies and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing & Finance from Paris ESLSCA Business School. Later, they attended the University of Connecticut, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management & Marketing.
