Andrei Buiciuc

Andy Buiciuc is an experienced executive with a strong background in senior care, behavioral health, and brand development. As the Chief Executive Officer of AvilaCare since December 2016, Andy has focused on elevating standards in the senior care market. In September 2023, Andy co-founded and assumed the role of CEO at AvilaCare Behavioral Health, which specializes in neuropsychology testing and mental health treatment. Additionally, Andy has served as President of kayzoe since March 2009, leading initiatives in brand strategy and website growth. Prior experience includes a tenure as CEO of Kayden Investments from January 2010 to December 2017, and ownership roles at Avenues Design Center and Graphics & Website Design, where Andy cultivated brand development and advertising success.
