Almat Bedelbayev

Almat Bedelbayev has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Almat started their career in 2006 as a Non-destructive Welding Examination System Assistant at North Caspian Constructors. Almat then moved on to work as a Consultant on ERP system (IFS) at Alatau-Soft Ltd. in 2009. In 2010, they joined WeldTech as a QHSE Manager/PWHT Supervisor. Bedelbayev then worked at Kazakhmys PLC from 2012 to 2014 as an EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) Senior Specialist. Currently, they work at KAZ Minerals as the Head of Corporate IS Development and Support Division, a role they have held since 2014.

Almat Bedelbayev completed their MSc in Systems and Control Engineering at the University of South-Eastern Norway from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Systems Engineering from Satbayev University, specializing in Information Technology and Cybernetics, from 2000 to 2005.
