Almagul Tasmaganbetova

Almagul Tasmaganbetova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Group Head of Employee Relations, Project Planning & Administration at Kazakhmys Projects B.V. since April 2011. Prior to this role, Almagul worked as an HR Senior Specialist at Kazakhmys Project LLC from July 2010 to March 2011 and as Group Supervisor of HR Policies and Projects at Tengizchevroil from June 2006 to June 2010. Key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of HR policies, administration of expatriate personnel, coordination of HR projects, and providing strategic HR counsel in areas such as labor relations and performance improvement.
