Eugeniy Kozak

Eugeniy Kozak has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Their most recent role was as the Head of Organizational Development and HR at Kazakhmys Corporation since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at JSC Ukrainian Railway, overseeing all HR processes and managing a large team. Eugeniy also held the position of Group HR Director at Corum Group, where they were responsible for human resources strategies and operations. Before that, Eugeniy worked as the HR Director at Dneprospetsstal and VS Energy International Ukraine. Eugeniy began their career as a Military Officer in the Ministry of Defense. Eugeniy has diverse experience in recruitment, department management, and project management.

Eugeniy Kozak completed their education at various institutions. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, where they pursued a master's program in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Juridicna Akademija Min. Vnutrišnih Sprav Ukraini from 2001 to 2005, acquiring a Master's degree in Law. Their earliest education can be traced back to Kyiv Engineering Technical Institute from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree, although the field of study for this period is not provided.
